For the use of the underlying geographical data, Taxistop calls
upon the data and services of Tele Atlas, world
leader in 'digital mapping'.
To be able to continuously call upon the most recent
data, an agreement has been made with Tele Atlas
making Taxistop a VAP partner (or Value Added Partner).

It offers a complete monitoring system. The system automatically
checks the files of persons who initially could not be
served and keeps track of previously proposed partners,
when a particular person received a list and how many
lists he/she received, who car-pools with whom, etc...
* Fully internet-based
As smartpool is completely internet-based
and as all data is centrally stored, users(individuals,
companies or coordinators) do not need to invest in special
hard- or software. A normal PC with internet connection
is sufficient.
On top of this it guarantees a 24 hour access for the
user.
