Following steps are taken :

  1. mailing to every employee (introduction + invitation to fill in the questionnaire)

    - personalized (with mentioning password and in the language of the addressee)
    - phased (divided in shifts > avoid overloading)

  2. filling in the questionnaire

    - input screen (multilingual) continuously accessible through the internet
    - personalized 'word of thanks' after ending the questionnaire
    (based on the answers to several questions)

  3. reminder after one week (eventually)

    - shifts wise reminder after repeating web address and password

  4. dispatching

    - succession screen for employer provided
