- test mailing to 10 employees
- proper mailing divided in 5 shifts (Monday - Friday) of ca 400

Results

* Response to the 1st mailing; +/- 58%
* Extra response to reminder: +/- 43% of the initial non-respondents

General response level: +/- 76%

With this telecom operator, the initially response after 1 week was already 58%. After sending a reminder, this response went up to 70% (= 2 weeks after the set off date). The deadline of 1 month was respected, but in the remaining 2 weeks, the response increased with only 6% (from 70% to 76%). So the final response was 76%.
